1.Q: What materials are your mahjong tiles made of?

A: We supply two main materials: melamine and acrylic. Melamine is heavy, scratch-resistant for frequent play. Acrylic is high-transparent, glossy, ideal for custom printing & luxury gifts.

2.Q: What sizes of mahjong tiles are available?

A: Multiple sizes from 28# to 48# in stock. Custom dimensions are available for bulk OEM orders.

3.Q: What is the difference between single-face and double-face mahjong tiles?

A: Single-face has patterns only on front with smooth blank back. Double-face has patterns/engraving on both sides.

4.Q: Can you do custom engraving and UV printing on tile backs?

A: Yes. Back engraving + UV printing is available for both acrylic and melamine mahjong. Custom patterns, logos and colors are supported.

5.Q: Do you accept OEM & ODM custom orders?

A: Yes. Custom color matching, logo, tile pattern, surface finish and gift packaging are all available.

6.Q: What is your MOQ (minimum order quantity)?

A: Stock items have low MOQ. Custom engraved/UV printed orders require higher MOQ, please contact us for details.

7.Q: Can I order samples before bulk purchase?

A: Yes, samples are available. Sample cost and freight will be quoted separately.

8.Q: What is your production lead time?

A: In-stock goods ship within 72 hours. Custom orders: 3 days for sampling, 7 days for mass production after sample confirmation.

9.Q: Can you customize the packaging box or storage bag?

A: Yes, we offer custom gift boxes, canvas bags and retail packaging with your brand logo.

10.Q: Are your mahjong tiles safe and have export certifications?

A: Our tiles are non-toxic. We can provide relevant test certificates upon request for US/EU import.

11.Q: What shipping methods do you offer?

A: Sea freight, air freight and express are available. We can quote FOB, CIF or DDP shipping terms.

12.Q: How do I clean and maintain mahjong tiles?

A: Wipe tiles with soft microfiber cloth. Avoid strong corrosive cleaners and long-time soaking in water.

13.Q: What if I receive broken or missing tiles?

A: Please contact us within 7 days after receiving goods. We will arrange free replacement for defective/missing tiles.

14.Q: Can I mix different tile sizes or materials in one bulk order?

A: Normally we do not mix different sizes/materials in one container. Large volume mixed orders can be discussed separately.

15.Q: Do you support American mahjong rules / American mahjong tile designs?

A: Yes, we can produce American-style mahjong tiles with jokers and custom artwork for US market.
